In this latest webinar, Smithers expert, Matt Kent will provide an overview of common test methods and how they specifically apply to automotive OEM, tire manufacturer, and tire distributor requirements.
The presentation covers:
High Speed Uniformity (HSU) testing is a critical tool throughout the tire value chain. A variety of HSU generated data is commonly used to validate tires and quantify potential issues in both OEM and aftermarket applications. With the growth of electric vehicle platforms, vibrations and resonances generated from tires are more apparent to the consumers than with ICE platforms. Amongst other measurements, the HSU technology can be used to understand flat spotting issues, impact response, ride quality, and can be a critical element for vehicle models.
In this one-hour webinar, Smithers expert Matt Kent will review common test methods and how they specifically apply to automotive OEM, tire manufacturer, and tire distributor requirements.
