Smithers announced today that the company will hold its Quality Management Conference and Client Event on July 13th, 2017 at the John S. Knight Center in Akron, Ohio. The event, now in its fifth year, has grown from a small seminar to a conference that now attracts more than 400 attendees each year, from numerous industries, all looking to learn from recognized business and quality management leaders and network with other professionals in their fields.
“Our Client Day continues to serve as an important medium for getting accurate and timely information to our diverse base of clients. This year is a major transitional year, with nearly every one of our clients working to update their quality systems, ,” said Aaron Troschinetz, General Manager, North America. “We are very excited about this event and the opportunity to have active dialogues with our clients in a variety of marketplaces.”
The event will begin with a keynote address titled “Leading Change & Quality” from Carlos Hungria, Chief Operating Officer at Bendix Commercial Vehicle Systems LLC and member of the Knorr Bremse Executive Board. Other informative breakout sessions throughout the day, will include:
